Could Britney Spears Be Any More of a Fucking Moron?

WALaalyhtoyoauheoithagihlgknkbv!!!! I can't take it anymore! I can't believe that she would be that stupid and skanky to go out in a freakin' mini-dress without UNDERWEAR and then proceed to get out of car and flash her nasty ass poonani to everyone!!! If you haven't heard about it yet....I'm sure it will be on pretty much every website that is ever possible. And she wonders why the paparazzi follow her like flies on shit?

I'm sorry, but from here on out...........

How Much Wood Could A Woodchuck Chuck If a Woodchuck Could Chuck Wood?

Wooo Hooo! It's Tuesday! And I don't have school! I am so happy, and I have nothing to complain about on my blog today because...I don't have school! Did I mention I don't have school? Cuz I don't! And it is wonderful! We're off until sometime in January.

I am super excited because this year is going to be the first year that I have my very own real Christmas tree in my apartment! Zach will probably try to eat it and poop pine needles for a month. It's going to be great. Ha ha. I am going to go this weekend to get the tree and all the decorations and stuff. How fun. Right now my Christmas decoration reserves are pretty sad. I have three stockings and one row of lights that don't work all the time. It's time for an upgrade. This year

My co-worker, Jessi, and I decided that we are starting a New Year's fitness competition amongst the people in our office. We are so excited. We're going to have everyone chip in a few dollars and buy a gift card for the winner. The competition starts on January 1. Can you believe it is going to be 2007!!!??

Good News or Bad News

I found this picture of Kate Hudson wearing a t-shirt of interest. Well, it says Ann Arbor on it, but it is for the Hash Bash. Considering the Hash Bash signifies the biggest collection of weirdos and losers in Ann Arbor annually, I don't know whether this is a good thing or a bad thing.

I had a fun Thanksgiving...I did what most people probably did: ate way too much and then took a nap. Although I am proud to say that I worked out that morning. Yay, I'm back to feeling normal again! I am going to stop writing now, it just took me 4 tries to type the word "I'm."

I got cut off by a Granny!

Yesterday on my way to work, I got cut off by a granny! I was like, man, I must be driving sloooo-ow. But I wasn't! It was just a really fast driving granny! It was awesome! And when I went to the mall with my mom the other day we saw a granny all dressed up with platform stilettos on! I hope I'm a fast driving, stiletto wearing granny when I am old. :o)

I have decided I want to move to Tuscany, buy a run down villa to remodel and make my own, and live happily ever after. I watched Under the Tuscan Sun last Sunday and it was such a good movie. I absolutely loved it. It was really funny, and there was definitely some Italian eye candy up in there. Woo hoo :o)

Tomorrow is Thanksgiving...I can't believe it. I am excited though. I am making a pumpkin pie for the first time ever. I hope it turns out tasty. One of my girls from work gave me the recipe.

Until They're Numb

Just keep walking until the toes are numb. That's what I keep telling myself. I bought some really cute new shoes, dark brown suede peep-toe platform heels (damn that is a long description for shoes), and they are killing my feet. There is only one way to break them in, though. My usual strategy, drinking large amounts of alcohol until I can't feel my feet, is not applicable while I am at work. So I have to suffer. It hurts to be beautiful. Let me tell you, these shoes are soooooo adorable. :o)

I'm bored. My trainer isn't here this week because of the holiday, so I have to try to figure out how to do my job without anyone holding my hand. Talk about scary. People keep calling me and asking me questions, I think I'm doing okay. I'm keeping my fingers crossed. I have to create my first out brief today. I feel like a preschooler learing how to color in the lines all over again. That damn Mrs. Warra yelled at me once for that. Little did she know I would grow up to be a genius. J/K. And, by the way, I ALWAYS color in the freakin' lines, bi-otch.

Joe, some friends, and I went to some trendy places in Clarendon on Friday. Saturday we went to a bar in Georgetown and it was SO crowded, you couldn't even move. I drove there, which I swore I would never do again (the last time I got lost and almost died twice). For that reason, I wasn't drinking, which made it even more annoying. I'm sorry, I know this is going to make me sound old. But I am just sooooooo over the college bar scene. It is way too crowded, there are a bunch of idiot guys doing stupid annoying stuff, a bunch of idiot girls barfing everywhere, there is nowhere to sit, it is hot and sweaty, and you are always crammed in like sardines. It just isn't fun at all in any way.

The Walking Dead

I am so tired and cranky today I want to die. I had fun at happy hour last night, but I am paying for it today. I want to die. Did I mention I want to die? I feel like a zombie. It was really funny this morning when Joe woke up. He said he had to get up, and I told him wait until my alarm went off at 6:00. He said, it's 6:45!! We had both totally slept through two alarms, we were so tired. I feel sorry for all of the people that are forced to interact with me today. The good news is, I get to leave early because I have a doctor's appointment. The bad news is, I don't want to go to the doctor (sorry Sara). I'm not sick, its just for a check-up. I'm looking at the bright side. I think I am going to take a nap with Zach when I get home. There is no way I am going to be able to work out unless I do. I have been half asleep all day. Literally. Today will be a good day for a nap, it is rainy, gross, and cold outside. Yay.

Well I really don't have anything else to talk about, lack of sleep has given me writer's block.

I Crush Your Head

I just flew in from Michigan and boy are my arms tired. Har har. Just kidding. I went to Dallas last week, was home for one day, then left for Michigan for the weekend. I had SO much fun. It was so great to see my family and all of my best friends. We had a blast. The only thing that sucked was that my sister had to work so she didn't get to come out and have fun with us. It was a bummer. I didn't want to come back to D.C. I didn't want to return to all of my responsibilities. And I really didn't want to get on a plane again! See pictures from the weekend below. My camera is in the shop getting fixed right now so I didn't have it last weekend. I hope I get it back before Christmas.

I went with Jackie to see the hall that she is going to get married in. It is so gorgeous. It is going to be awesome. (I better start working on my speech now.) :o) I can't wait.

I absolutely cannot wait to go home for Christmas. I haven't been home for it in the last two years. The first time because of work, and last year because I went home for Thanksgiving instead. This year Joe and I are spending Thanksgiving with his family and Christmas with mine. I am so absolutely excited to bring him home with me for Christmas. It is going to be so much fun. I can't wait to start Christmas shopping. I love buying presents. :o)

Today is going to suck because I have to give a presentation in class. I'm having kittens over here. Wish me luck.

Win $1 Million?!

I think I might change the name of my blog to something like "The People of the World are Insane." I heard on the news today that Arizona is introducing an intiative to inspire people to vote. Every two years, there is going to be a lottery for a one million dollar prize in which each voter is automatically entered. This is so nuts to me. For one thing it will probably lead to a lot of idiots just voting for the heck of it with no knowledge base to back their votes up. It's kinda scary.

Another thing, do people in the United States realize that people in other countries are dying every day in order to have the right to vote? That Americans not so long ago also died for the right to vote? Women's suffrage...or universal suffrage....any of that ring a bell? I think it is absolutely pathetic and disgusting that it takes a freaking lottery to get people to vote!

And finally....Doogie Howser is gay?!!!!

Enough With the Optimism!!

Okay....I've been trying to stay positive...but I finally almost had a heart attack last night. I fell off the bandwagon for about three weeks and was really slacking off at working out. I was still going, just not as often. And I really wasn't pushing myself like I normally do. Falling off of the bandwagon hurts.

I've gained 7 pounds. Now, I know every single person I tell that to thinks I am being silly and that it isn't that big of a deal. I think that is crap. What if you gained 7 pounds? I know you'd be pissed. What if you lost 7 pounds? I know you would be elated. So there.

I'm back on the bandwagon again, working out every day and pushing myself hard. It's been a week. Oh man. I'm back in the game...but since I haven't seen results yet I started getting really pissed last night. Breathe breathe breathe. I know in a couple weeks I'll be back to normal but I am very impatient.

I guess I should focus on the fact that I feel a million times better now that I am back into my old routine.

The Better Business Bureau received a complaint recently about a scam. AFLAC is stealing money from women on the street. The scam involves stealing cash from unsuspecting individuals by using youngsters as a distraction. While admiring their cuteness, they are robbed of their cash. I want all to be aware that this could happen to anyone! A passerby happened to capture the photo below. Please review it carefully and use caution when distractions like this come along. Good luck, and don't say you weren't warned!

V for Vendetta

Joe and I watched V for Vendetta last Sunday and man was it....weird. It was a really good movie, but one that you have to pay attention to everything or you feel like you have missed some really important underlying symbolism or message. It was pretty scary in some parts. It takes place in this future world that has an uber-corrupt, fascist government. It implies that the acts of terrorism are in actuality government conspiracies. Basically, the government plans these acts of terrorism, with a secret way to resolve them already in hand, in order to make themselves look like heroes. I think.
One thing that really freaked me out is that people in the movie kept talking about "the former United States," and civil war in the U.S.; it was really creepy. I kind of want to watch it again because I'm still interested. I thought Natalie Portman did a really good job. Oh and I think the Grand Chancellor of Great Britain was meant to resemble Hitler. Great. If you like movies that really make you think, this is one of them.

Creepy dude, V, and Evey (Natalie Portman) lookin' crazy together.
