2 tsp Garlic Powder
2 tbsp Grated Parmesan Cheese
3 tsp Olive Oil
1 3-oz Chicken Breast (boneless, skinless)
3 cups Chopped Veggies of Your Choice
Salt and Pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Mix together garlic, cheese, and 1 tsp oil. Pat mixture onto chicken and place onto baking sheet.
Dice veggies and toss with 2 tsp oil, salt, and pepper. Place on baking sheet.
Bake 20 minutes, or until chicken reaches 165 degrees F and veggies are tender.
