1 lb tri-colored rotini
4 large tomatoes, diced
1 large green pepper, diced
1 large cucumber, diced
1 small onion, diced
1 lb pepper jack cheese, diced
1/2 container of salad supreme seasoning (McCormick)
8 oz light zesty Italian dressing
Cook pasta, let cool. Combine all ingredients and serve chilled.
