1 rotisserie chicken
2-3 cups broccoli
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup low fat milk
1 1/2 packages low fat sliced muenster cheese
2 cups brown instant rice (uncooked)
Salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning to taste
Cook the rice, spread into the bottom of an 11x7 pan. Pull the meat off of the rotisserie chicken, spread evenly over the rice. Spread the broccoli over the chicken. Mix the soup and the milk in a separate bowl, then stir in the salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Pour the mixture evenly over the broccoli. Cover the entire thing with slices of Muenster cheese. Bake at 300 degrees for about 20 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
